Brown Fused Alumina – ABM is manufactured by reduction smelting of high grade synthetic Alumina followed by slow solidification. It is characterized by high alumina content, high hardness and high refractoriness. It is used for high alumina castables, as well as ramming and gunning mixes. These grains are magnetic treated to have low iron content.
