Applications:

Monocrystalline Alumina is ideal for thin wheels, snagging wheels, roll grinding, and coated abrasives, providing precision, superior material removal, and cool cutting for heat-sensitive metals and alloys.

Product Features:

1.
Self-Sharpening Grains: Single-crystal sharp edges ensure consistent cutting and longer tool life.
2.
High Durability: Tough grains withstand aggressive grinding without breakage.
3.
Cool Cutting Performance: Minimal heat generation makes it ideal for heat-sensitive metals and alloys.
Monocrystalline Alumina is manufactured in an electric arc furnace using a selective grade of alumina with special additives. The unique processing method ensures the formation of single aluminum oxide crystals with numerous sharp edges. This state-of-the-art, self-sharpening grain provides superior cool cutting and grinding performance for abrasive applications.
